I would put 0 stars but I am kind! The employees treat you like they are doing you a favor and not like a customer should be treated from a sales associate. They give more attention to their personal phones than the client.
I had an amazing experience at this location. Trevor really made switching carriers a breeze. I was hesitant at first thinking the service would not reach where I live, but both Devin and Trevor assured me that it would. I am very pleased with the level of customer service this store provides and I will definitely be returning for any other services I need.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. We called ahead and arrived only 10 minutes to closing to resolve a phone problem. There was no issue with taking the required time to fix the problem even though we went past closing by a few minutes. I would recommend them for anyone considering T-mobile.
