I had a follow up appointment concerning knee pain. I was concerned and nervous about getting a cortisone injection. Dr Lake and his team were great in reassuring me about my needle fears. The procedure was painless and it was done as the nurse talked to me about. I experienced a little pain after arriving home. I called back and spoke with a team member and they told me what to do. I followed her advice and within a few hours I felt the relief. Thanks to Dr Lake and his team. ud83dudc4d

Dr. Lake was thorough, asking lots of questions so he could fully grasp what was going on in my knee. He didn’t jump to conclusions and made suggestions in how my pain might be alleviated. He didn’t seem rushed as so often the case is these days. I would recommend him to anyone without any hesitation.

Excellent experience. Very little wait time in lobby or exam room. Gave good advice, listened to what I said. Explained how things worked and had PT come in to give me exercises. Glad I saw him.

Dr. Lake was very welcoming and discuss in detail or provided active listening to understand your concerns. His office staff was also kind and welcoming, I would recommend Dr. Lake and his staff.

The practice runs like a well oiled machine! Dr. Lake has a wonderful personality that you wish all of your doctors would emulate. I hit the jackpot with this doctor his staff and the entire Ortho VA Community!
