UPDATE 09/10/20:nnThe office is not cooperating with my Primary Care Physician, who is the referring physician, and who is requesting my records. They first refused to send the records, then only sent records for one appointment date when there were multiple. It will be interesting to see what information the records contain if/when they are received. The debacle continues...nnDr. Kapros was not the problem, her office staff is. If I displayed the level of incompetency the staff I encountered did, I would have been fired on the first day!nThe wrong prescription was called in as the nurse who did it clearly did not review my record. The office manager (Crystal) failed to cancel an appointment we both agreed was unnecessary, only for me to get a bill for a missed appointment fee....THEN... she tells me she would provide a complementary one time cancellation of the fee for her mistake. When I scheduled my next appointment with Crystal, which was specifically to have my labs drawn, she schedules me to come in an hour AFTER their lab closes! Why would you make someone take off work when your facility closes an hour before their appointment???? Completely inconsiderate....nThe person who does medication preauthorization's (Jessica?) did not forward all of my information to my insurance company in order to have my prescription authorized. I had to speak with my insurance company on multiple occasions to provide them with the necessary information, and even had to instruct the office manager exactly what the insurance company required! This ordeal went on for two weeks before the office finally scheduled a peer-to-peer with Dr Kapros.nnWhile I have no issue with the 1 and only visit I have actually seen Dr Kapros, it is extremely disappointing that she has not taken the time to follow-up with her patient and the care her office is providing that person. Then again, her office staff may not be informing her of the issues the patient has been having, but that is her problem to fix.

This office isn't very clean the chair looks filthy and it doesn't look.like the cleaned in a while. Last time I'm coming here looking for a cleaner office than doesnt blast rap music in their office

This practice is more interested in pharma commission than the health and well being of its patients. They will lie about a prescription not having any generic forms and omit/lie about potential side effects in order to get you to use the prescription they are getting kick backs for.

The staff at this practice is unprofessional, rude and gossip about the patients. They have a window at the front desk that they slide shut and they think that they can't be heard when the window is closed. The office is slow and always an hour behind. They have a NP that works there that is very thorough and that is the only reason I continue to go. I had an appointment yesterday and they were closed due to the snow. The rest of the medical park was open though. They did not call to advise they were closed. I was working and ended up driving 83 miles round trip. You can bet if you missed the appointment they would charge you. Last night I learned they post their weather closings on the news well that all fine except I don't watch TV nor do I own a TV. I had another appointment yesterday as well but I received a call from that offices manager at 8:10 am advising me that they would be closed. These people can't even call to notify their patients when they are closed. To me it would be simple to prepare since this storm was expected.
