I don’t know why there is so many negative reviews. We are newer patients to this practice and had nothing but the best experience.nWe love our new doctor and when she wasn’t available for an appointment they fit us in right away and we didn’t wait long for any of our appointments and everyone has been super nice.

This place gets slower and slower every time we come. Had a 10:15am appointment and here it is 11:45am and we are still sitting in a room waiting for a doctor for a simple PRESCRIPTION refill. 10/10 do not recommend this facility.

The one star is generous. I have been told by a family member that the phone staff is RUDE and VERY SHORT with you. Well today I called to make an appointment for my sick family member and got yelled at and hung up on. I work in customer service and am good at it and I expect to receive it from places I do business with. What some of the staff is missing is EMPATHY. If I could teach you anything it would be to remember that a higher percentage of people are calling because they are sick have some compassion and empathy. My family member will not be using the services of this office again.

Waited around a half hour and nurse practitioner seemed to know her stuff. The lab was quick in taking me in and I got results quickly. I do not understand so many negative reviews.
