My very first appointment with this practice was back on January 6. I have NEVER had a dental office that I absolutely LOVED until now! From the initial point of contact (making the appointment), all the way through to Checkout. I hope the staff here knows just how great of a job they are doing. Everything flowed so seamlessly. My Hygienist (Darian) was nothing short of amazing! She’s attentive, charismatic, personable, and all around intuitive. Usually, most dental providers give you a plan of what they want to do, but Dr. Ball was very interested in hearing what my concerns were and the best way to tackle them. I greatly appreciated feeling valued (especially with driving an hour and a half to get there). You don’t find many places where you can tell the people really enjoy what they do, but this is one I can say with assurance is full of dedication and great people!

Our entire family has been patients at Progressive Dental for years and can't say enough nice things about Dr. Ball and his staff. As someone who was somewhat traumatized as a child with excessive dental work, I've always dreaded going to the dentist as an adult. But I feel completely comfortable and relaxed every time I visit Progressive Dental. My kids actually look forward to their visits! Friendly, skilled, and knowledgable staff - from the front desk, to the hygienists and all the way to Dr. Ball. You couldn't ask for better dental care!

This was the best dental experience I’ve had. I drove all the way from Lynchburg on a recommendation from a friend and it was totally worth it. I came in because I had a broken tooth. Tyler and his team did an amazing job making sure I was comfortable the whole time and did an amazing job fixing my tooth. I cannot even tell it was ever broken to begin with. I can’t recommend Progressive Dental strongly enough. Thank you Dr. Ball!!!

I love this place. I never feel judged and I always feel comfortable. Heather does an amazing job helping me keep up with my dental hygiene and answering any and all questions I have. Heather is also so friendly and caring, it makes going to the dentist something I can look forward to instead of something I dread like I used to. Dr. Ball is also very nice and does a great job, super gentle! Having a bad dentist and dental hygienist led me to avoid regular visits in the past, but not anymore! Front office staff is incredibly friendly too, so I have an outstanding visit from start to end :)

Dr. Ball and his team are absolutely the best. My family of 4 have been patients here for 5 years. I have needed more dental work than I care to admit and Dr. Ball has been excellent. He and his team make us feel welcome every time we walk in, somehow they remember what we talked about the previous visit! They also go out of their way to accommodate me and my 2 boys for parallel cleaning visits so we are in and out quickly, which really helps our busy after school schedule. So glad we found this practice years ago, we wouldn't go anywhere else.
