I don't know how anyone can say this is a great pain management place. I've always been a loyal, trustworthy patient. Past ALL tests thrown at me and came to every appointment. Anytime, I had a surgery I always offered to bring documents for proof. My family physician also stayed in contact with him too just so we were always all on the same page. However, I was discharged with no letter or explanation after just 1 year. Many people abuse these programs and it's making it very difficult for those in severe pain. I've had surgery on my back since age 10 and sometimes I walk in and the man can't even remember who I am it seems. He's confused on my history. Has looked right at me and asked me about surgery before when I have a scar neck to tailbone he has seen. Doesn't ever want updates or documents from new X-rays etc when I offer. Most of the pharmacies around the area won't even fill prescriptions for him anymore. Pepe who have been going there for years and abusing the program are all there but then when you have a good person their kicked to the curb. Makes 0 sense. I'm now getting my wheelchair at age 34 so I can get around. I don't understand how some get everything handed to them and others suffer but this was horrible news for my family to handle during an already tough time with the pandemic.

Dr.kottage is a really great pain management doctor. Over 5 years of me dealing with daily chronic pain from arthritis in both knees he jumped right into action to help me cope with my pain.
