I saw Brittany for all my appts and she was great! They were quick and easy to schedule me after I was referred from an urgent care. No problems with insurance and were very nice. Both Spotsy and Fred office!

Joy Riley is very thorough with her examinations and finding the root to your discomfort. 5 STARSnnDr. Acousti recently performed my surgery at the Surgical Center, and he did a very thorough job and I am very pleased. The staff at the Surgical Center is outstanding too.nJob well done to the entire Mary Washington Orthopedics team.

Complete waste of time. I made them aware when the appointment was made that I am being treated for bronchitis, ear infection and sinus infection. It's been going on for months and I get it every year. I called less than 2 hours prior to my appointment to verify that this was an in-person appointment and not a telehealth visit. I arrive, check in at desk (I had already e-checked in online yesterday with mention of the symptoms) and sit in the waiting room for 15 minutes. I'm called back to the front desk and I'm told due to my symptoms and not having had a COVID test that they have to reschedule my appointment. I was never given a COVID because my primary care doctor and urgent care didn't feel it was necessary. To reschedule first this place said it had to be 21 days from me walking into their office but then they said 21 days from when I saw my primary care doctor which was December 11th which means end of this week I can have an appointment but now who knows when I can get an appointment. I very seriously doubt that they're going to call me back to reschedule this appointment.

The two therapist who assisted me, Carol Keenan and Sarah Shaw were wonderful! Aside from helping me to get 95% better, they were very caring and personable. I also have to praise one of the receptionist (sorry that I can't remember her name---long dark hair usually there at 7am). She was ALWAYS very kind and pleasant. She always had a smile on her face---just what you need EARLY in the morning!
