I do not ever post bad reviews but I feel like I only had a bad experience here. I called on a Wednesday to see if I could look at a car on Saturday and set up the viewing. I made it clear that I was set on taking that car off the lot for them on Saturday as I loved that type of car, the price, and was in need of a car asap. I get there on Saturday and they needed to jump the car to get it started. If you knew 72 hours/3 days in advance that I was coming in why did you not start the car before then? I asked over the phone on Wednesday if I should be notified of any damages or just anything I should know about the car, Mrs. Williams said just minor cosmetic damages. I researched the car and found that there was a radio recall on the car. Not a huge deal except for when I went in and purchased the car, they had the radio changed out and the old radio in the trunk BUT the chevy dealership never unlocked the radio, it was also the week before thanksgiving so when I had purchased the car I did not get to listen to the radio for a week. I will admit they picked the car up from me to get this taken care of, that was nice. When we purchased the car, they said they would clean it for me so my boyfriend and I decided to go to the store while we waited, we get back an hour later to take the car home and they gave it to me with a quarter tank of gas knowing I lived 45 minutes away. After driving the car for a week I had transmission issues, thankfully they took the car back and had their mechanic service it. Today, a month and a half later I am on the phone with pep boys to replace the 4 year old battery that has gone bad. Super unhappy and stressed, it could absolutely have been a chain of unluckiness but my experience has not been a good one. The employees are personable people so it was nice to speak with Mrs. Williams but I am not happy with my purchase. I feel they did not look into this car at all.

Sealed the deal with Mrs. Carol Williams on a car today! Carol is knowledgeable, prompt , and so very caring. My father and I both got a car today she worked with us and made sure we were taken care of . We cannot thank her enough I am sending anyone who is looking to her!!

Carol was amazing and very personable. My daughter is very excited and happy with her 2013 Nissan Sentra! I would definitely recommend Select Imports to friends and family!!
