Ordered ice cream cone. Handed me a cone upside down in a cup with a spoon.. Said it was too soft for a cone. This isn't what I wanted. I took it and pulled in space to eat real quick. There was a big black hair in it!!!! I am still nauseous from this!!!
Tried out the new crispy chicken sandwich.n1) was not crispyn2) for the eight dollar price tag, it was no match to chic filet.n3) the fries I received we not hot(warm) and was mostly bits and pieces not whole fries.
After 3 attempts and waiting an hour my food is raw. Messy. And just disgusting.nAnd yes I know you get what you pay for but when you see the staff just casually doing what ever they want and ignoring customers to the point where they are literally banging on the glass to get your attention is awful. The owners should be ashamed
I asked for a fruit punch no ice and they gave me red water instead. I was trying the new chicken sandwich aswell because my mom recommended it and she got one too. She said she really likes them and that they are chick-fil-a quality. We got ours and it was like pure rubber, and the buns were also burnt. Never again will we go to this McDonald's. Just an all around disappointment.
