Staff not friendly
They f the order up
Drive thru: Correct order but a long wait. Had to pull over and wait with three others, that were also waiting.
I ordered hotcakes and sausage with a senior Sprite. I said no syrup but extra butter. I said this at speaker and again when I paid and I asked if they had done it at the food window. She said she had filled my order but it wasn't. I got I syrup and only 2 butters. I can't eat syrup so I only use butter. I ate 3 pancakes with little butter. Why don't they listen. Upset.
Waited on line at drive through for 35 minutes only to be told lane was closed....and they set out cones!!! My response we been sitting here with 10 other cars behind us and no one has the common sense to come out and make all these customers aware!! Wow I will never give MCDONALDS a single penny . Much rather go to chick fillet.. but it’s like they say you get what you pay for!! Terrible service
