Super quick service. Friendly staff. Was happy to get our to-go order so promptly. Loved the pecan waffle - loads of pecans! And the plain hash browns were perfectly crisped. Yummy!
Very quick. Unfortunately got a regular waffle instead of the chocolate chip I ordered. The waffle was fairly soggy after just 5 minutes in the take out box. The rest of the food was as expected. The people working there are fantastic and friendly.
Everything was fresh and good food
Over the years, I have been to many waffle house locations and I have to say that this location is by far the best!!!! My waitress, Kimberly, was fast and efficient and the rest of the staff was as well!!! My order was cooked perfectly and the atmosphere was very delightful!!!! I will be sure to return here whenever I am passing through!!!!
The manager on duty today, Becky, demonstrated superior customer relations skills in that she made a sad customer a glad customer. I arrived at her location as the first customer to be informed that no more orders could be taken so good bye. Have a nice day. This was disappointing because this was my first visit to a Waffle House after hearing so many good things about them. Becky could sense the disappointment in my voice so not only did she serve me 2 cups of coffee but she also made sure I got the 2 waffles and bacon I came in for. Hats off the Becky and the rest of the crew at this location. The owner is very fortunate to have employees like these representing their brand.
