I’ve been going to Virginia Cardiovascular Consultants (VCC) since they begin the practice. My doctor is Dr. Robert Vranian. I’ve been with Dr. Vranian since before he joined VCC which has been over 20 years.nnDr. Vranian takes his time to explain everything to you and he listens to what you have to say. He addresses any and all concerns you may have and answers all your questions. Dr. Vranian has been one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen and the best cardiologist I have ever been to. I started out needing a heart transplant while being treated by my first Cardiologist in Florida. However, because of the excellent care and treatment I have received from Dr. Vranian and VCC, I fortunately, have never needed a transplant and my heart is as good as ever.nnThe staff has always been very pleasant and I have never had an issue regarding appointments or with any of the staff. The testing center has always done a very good job as well as the Rehabilitaion center and I have never had a complaint. I have never had an issue with billing.nnI have also seen Dr. Martyak. Dr. Martyak put my stent in and has done several heart caths on me without any issues.nnI Highly recommend VCC and in particular Dr. Vranian.

This is the worse office a have ever been in the staf is so rude, especially the ladies in the back. I will never be back to this place it’s not worth it. They do an ekg on every visit just because they can charge more to the insurance they are thieves they do not have profesional certified people working in this place I will follow up and make a complaint regarding HIPPA/CLIA. And the health department they don’t even clean the room properly. What a unpleasant experience

Just call to make a follow-up appointment. I was told I couldn't make an appointment because I was in collections! A few weeks earlier I had received a letter from a local attorney for a copay, demanding payment. I never received a bill. I called and made payment, maybe it was an over site on my part. Fast forward 3-4 weeks (Aug 18, 2020) I'm being denied a follow-up appointment until they can verify I paid. I'm re-evaluating if I will stay with this firm.

It is really sad when you have a competent and thorough doctor like Dr. Vossenberg , but the office personnel are the reason you will never return there. Several of the office personnel were rude and dishonest, including Kate, the office manager.

Today I had my first consultation with Dr. Vranian. I felt very welcomed, heard, and informed by him and the staff, especially my nurse, Lisa. I wasn't rushed through the appointment at all and Dr. Vranian put time and care into getting to know me, letting me explain how I was feeling, and explaining concepts that I didn't understand. I have a few tests scheduled for the coming months and will update my review then! But, so far I'm very pleased! (And I'm picky when it comes to doctors).
