if I could give 0 stars I would...I took my dog in for a scheduled nail trim and specified to the groomer to be careful with my dog while doing his nail trim because he has had knee surgery last year and has pain/sensitivity in his knees. She acknowledged that she would be careful and I stood there and watched as her lazy *** pulled his left leg under his right leg to cut his nails from the opposite side of the table, rather than walking a couple feet to the other side to trim his other nails. He struggled with her the entire time, visibly in discomfort and when I spoke up to her about it she said he is absolutely fine. If you care about your dogs, skip this place because they don't care about our pets. They do what is convenient for them even if a dog is visibly in pain.

The associate that checked us out (Megan) was very helpful and walked us through a lot of the things we would need for our new Golden Doodle puppy. She also let us know that she was the trainer there and seemed very welcoming for us to attend the training class once our puppy has all of his vaccinations.

The store is completely unreliable. Walked around for 10 minutes nobody asked if they could help me. They're out of the dog food I feed my dogs now for 3 to 4 weeks. Very unapologetic did not even offer to call another store to see if they had it in stock tried to get help from another employee they were too interested in writing one of the flat carts around as a giant skateboard this store is a joke

Huge store, good stock of anything you need for pets. Their price match is awesome.
