Dr. Ferguson is an exceptional doctor. Starting with my initial appointment in his office, Dr. Ferguson showed a genuine concern and strong grasp of all of my medical issues. Dr. Ferguson has since proven to be knowledgeable, comprehensive, attentive, kind, and curious. He has been very patient with me and my questions. I have learned a lot from him about subjects (e.g., important information re: medications) I thought I understood fairly well.nnDr. Ferguson is a wonderful throwback in the sense of being one of those incredible doctors who is not only both intelligent and pleasant to talk to, but also a well-researched, up-to-date medical authority on a wide range of subjects. In addition, I have had excellent experiences with his staff (e.g., Nicole and Crystal), who are hard-working, thorough, and caring.

Dr. Ferguson considers everything, explains everything, and is very intelligent. He does not talk down to you. He is direct and professional but you do feel as if he is genuinely concerned for your health. He reads and stays up to date on new medical findings and will tell you about them if he thinks they are relevant to your medications/treatment. I am very happy he was recommended to myself and my husband. He's great.

Absolutely the best, most effective and caring internal medicine specialist I’ve ever known. Dr. Joe Ferguson MD has cared for me and my family for over 12 years+. He is attentive, caring and the greatest listening doctor that doesn’t miss a beat. He asks summary questions and ensures your treatment and care is easily understood and followed-up on. He literally saved my life by early detection of Stage IV Cancer. His unique and calm disposition sets him well apart from any other Primary Care doctor, let alone in general. I trust him with my life and will stay with him as long as I live.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ferguson’s for 25 years. Don’t let his casual demeanor fool you. He’s a very thorough, meticulous and caring physician. He takes any time a patient needs to discuss their current medical situation and how to deal with it. He is the maestro for your medical care… referring to specialists when he feels that is necessary or appropriate. I’ve always been very pleased with his care and highly recommend him.

Dr. Ferguson has been my primary physician for 15 plus yrs. Throughout the yrs, with good checks and medical concerns with my health, I knew I could always trust his professional opinions and recommendations. Dr. Ferguson has always placed my health first, even times I was scared about a test result his compassion as a Dr and human stood out. I have witnessed him (not a staff member) calling another specialist Dr.’s office in my behave to be seen ASAP. Dr. Ferguson cares about his patients. He is an excellent listener. If during an appt, it seems I’m waiting a little longer. That’s okay. Dr. Ferguson is giving his undivided attention to another patient. A rare quality exhibited by a Dr today. He is beyond a credit to his field of expertise. I say this with an appreciation of Dr. Ferguson watching after my health all these yrs.
