Food was tasty and presentation was on point but the wait staff could use extra training for expectations of a restaurant that serves multi-course set meals. Friendly but lacked confidence in describing menu options/ source of food, wasn't provided a steak knife for a steak, wasn't checked on hardly at all, and dirty dishes sat for long time in front of the guests at the table. I'm all for flare but between loud music and decor didn't quite have a theme nor.any connection to the menu choices, my party and I weren't quite sure what to make of the experience as a package deal. It was my first time here and I enjoy menu's like cork and table but the atmosphere definitely did not meet the standards of the menu (and its prices). I travel a lot for food experiences and love doing reviews good, bad, or indifferent so my thought is dive bar meets Americana gourmet in its simplest..?
I attended a wine dinner themed Portugal/Spain. I had a wonderful time. The food and wine pairings were excellent. Chef, presenter and staff were very welcoming. I can't wait for the next event.

One of the best cool restaurant to dine in or take out nice food and find unique beautiful wines to pair with.nJim always best! Recommend his cuisine!
Awesome experience for a special occasion. I loved learning about the wines with every course and the very generous pours.
