Not only is the place packed with fun things to do, the food is awesome and the people that work there are amazing!! Avery, Spade, Tyler and Trish were all such great hosts. I don't know who does the hiring there but whoever it is certainly knows how to pick their people!! My son and I had a blast :)
The atmosphere is great, even better than before the remodel. The service was good and I love the arcade that has been added. As it was before, the bowling ally is nice affordable and a lot of fun.nnThe drinks are little pricey for the quality, but what you'd expect for a similar experience. The only negative is that the menu is pretty basic. More variety and something similar to the options they had before would have been really nice.nnI went with my family, but would certainly consider this a great spot for a fun date night.
Big shoutout to TRISH, she was awesome and kind and made our visit extra special.
02/20/2020 we went to dinner waiting for a movie. Soon after seating our server had to go and leave. We were forgot about for 50 min waiting on refills waiting 50 min for food. There were only 2 other parties dining and there were atleast 5 servers at the bar. We asked for refills to atleast 4 people. The food was good but service was bad.
Food is great here. The whole service experience was horrible. I arrived before 7:30 and didn’t leave until 9:05 just to eat dinner there. They got our wings order wrong. The food to forever to come out. The one I could not understand is why there is no communication saying I’m sorry we are short staffed or something to let us know why barely anyone could be found. Everything took long for even napkins or refills for drinks. I would come back for the food but both my husband and I were extremely disappointed in customer service.
