We did take out. Food was great, prices good, they made a mistake with desert. I ordered Carmel pie and got peach pie, oh well.***UPDATE*** Management reached out and apologized to me. I'm very impressed with their concern and follow up. Changed rating from 4 to 5 star due to response. Note: I rarely give 5 stars
Only decent nashville hot chicken tenders in the area! The desserts are great, they sell whole pies, and most of the menu items I've tried are great. The only criticism is that sometimes they pack duplicate items in a single container, and they frequently forget to include requested sauce in door dash orders.
I usually go here for fish and chips! They do have a good menu option of things for everyone. They definitely made getting through covid bearable as they adjust their service to continue to service their customers. Will definitely continue to spend my money with them.
The service was great. We did come at an earlier time than their normal crowd. We had a training server and he was fantastic even if there was a mishap with our order he was quick to try to fix the mistake. Came over many times to make sure we had everything and it was to our liking.
Normally I love this restaurant But not this location my food was wrong. Service was poor. They forget my desert in order to go. Love Richmond locations. I do not recommend this one. Sad because normally most are great
