Wait staff was AMAZING. Food came out hot and fresh without any long wait. Super pleased with our last visit.
The parmesan shrimp and sirloin was delicious. And the perfect margarita I would definitely order again. Great girls night out at Applebee's!
Cornelius, our server was outstanding and accommodating. I ordered the four cheese Mac & cheese w/ honey pepper chicken tenders and the noodles were very dry as if there was no sauce. Otherwise our meal was great.
I thought I'd use a couple of gift cards and make use the curbside pickup. I ran over the $50 a bit but prepaid including a $8.00+ tip, when I arrived early I was text to come inside but decided to wait until my 5:00 pick up time to try again. At about 4:57 I tried again and received a text that the food would be coming out soon. at 5:12 I gave up and went inside to get my food. I told the server that they were late. When we returned home we found the ribs overcooked to the point of being burnt and far from the tender falling off the bone advertised. The mash potatoes were cold, not room temperature but cold. We were very disappointed in the entire experience. as previously they had met our expectations.
Our server was also the bartender in my opinion it was to much for her we had to wait for everything she was not attentive. Then she charged us for 2 salads that should have been one of our sides ribs were cold and tough plate was hot. I wish the one is southpoint was still open they were awsome our favorite place for date Night
