Ordered a turkey BLT, soup and a hot chocolate. Paid $3.79 for a 20 oz hot chocolate and received it LESS than half full. I tried it and it was not too great either. I attempted to call the location up to 5 times outside of their meal (busy) hours and no one ever answered. Each order should be quality checked and this is just sad, poor management. Not sure why the employee making this thought it was acceptable. Will never return to this location.

Just want to start off by saying I am a regular customer here at this south point location. I have never really had a issue with any of the staff here I’m simply not hard to please the morning crew is usually great but tonight around 7pm I was greeted by a young girl on the mic who seemed like she was late for her own wedding because she was clearly in a rush no greetings what so ever ! I had a question but I Guess she decided I was done because she just stopped responding on the mic also the gentleman who took my money at the window did tell me to have a good night but never even greeted me as well just asked for payment and when they forgot my coffee that tasted burnt so I went back to the window and when I mentioned I was missing my bread to go with my soupnI was asked repeatedly if it’s in the bag instead of handling the problem and apologizing me and my family will not be back.

I ordered a bowl of tomato soup and a sesame seed bagel. I asked for lowfat cream cheese, but they didn't have any. The bagel was good. The tomato soup was just ok. It needed some spices or something as it was too acidic. Their baked products are good, but I won't be ordering the tomato soup again.

We go weekly and get the same thing. My oldest gets a pick 2 with half a turkey sandwich and a bowl of chicken noodle soup. Youngest gets the classic grilled cheese sandwich. Pricey but good.
