It took us an hour to get our food.
I really like this place. It has the soup/salad/sandwich thing down. Their desserts look great but I haven't tried them. The employees are very kind and helpful. They do have large heaters for outdoor seating as well.
This place is SO GOOD! I just happened to walk in Basilico after I got off work because I wanted to try something new. I was not disappointed at all! The pasta I had was delicious and if you come here you MUST try their gelato. The customer service is wonderful!
Clean location, friendly staff, quick to get orders out and amazing food and deserts. I've tried several things off of their menu and I've never been disspointed. This place is a family favorite for sure. I highly recommend the BBQ chicken pizza.
I’m giving them 4 stars because the food is amazing. The fettuccine alfredo is homemade and the best I’ve ever had in Fredericksburg or anywhere. Their lobster bisque is to die for. The strawberry shortcake cake was amazing and I definitely would order an entire cake for future family gatherings. Diane was so sweet and attentive... constantly checking if we needed anything... clearing our empty dishes. However Caitlin the girl who took our order was lacking in many ways. I’ve been ordering and going to Basilicos for years and she is by far the worst representation of this amazing place. She was snooty.. rolled her eyes several times, short, and not friendly whatsoever. I ordered a beer 7 minutes later we had to ask for it... even though she took our order and it’s not self serve. Her response oh I forgot, dropped it off at our table and proceeded to roll her eyes again. I will be back because of the food and service like Diane portrayed. But Caitlin needs retraining or put in a setting where she doesn’t have to deal with being inconvenienced by customer service.
