Skye is the BESTnA true customer service phenomenonnnI just wanted to share my experience I lost my debit card right before I needed to pay for a rental car for a vacation I had booked.nnI was a customer of capital One’s and have been for years but when I ran into this issue they could’ve cared less that I was about to be out of a vacation an expensive one at that.nnTo make a long story short I was really upset and nobody was willing to help me capital one the only way you can get another bank card which you absolutely need to have a rental car is to wait for it to come in the mail.nnSo I called around bank seeing what my options were and PNC can print a debit card for you so I went right in and I didn’t have anything organized I could only imagine what it was like trying to help me and I was with my 2 year old.nnIt’s just hard right now with the pandemic to find people that are still trying to take customer service serious without using the mask and social distancing as an excuse to have a bad attitude.nnI hope everyone calls in to schedule an appointment here everyone was so helpful. A special thanks to Skye for helping me and my daughter I’m very thankful.
