I broke my phone. I was horrified because my husband is dying and I have been sending myself text messages about little things he says or does so I don't ever forget. I came in to the Tappahannock, VA store, explained my situation to Elizabeth, who jumped right on it. Got me the new phone I wanted and with the help of Tyrese, they retrieved my messages for me, got me back up and running in very little time. I cannot ever express my eternal gratefulness to your amazing employees for what they did! Not only did they accomplish that but they also lowered my bill by over $100 a month! I am amazed!I have been a customer of Verizon for over 10 years and will continue to be so. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

The store manager at Tappahannock Verizon was super helpful helping me an my fiancé out with his phone, I will also say the new customer service crew was supper nice in helping Awnsering all of our questions.

Limited phone selections, you have to wait for products to arrive after your order. Great staff though
