Caleb was absolutely amazing! My wife and I just wanted to come and see the kitties and we ended up adopting a beautiful Russian blue. Caleb was extremely helpful and welcoming. Kelly the cashier was super nice too!! :)))

They do a good job with online orders. I like them better then Chewy. They are a bit less expensive (not much). Have had some stock issues with cat food my cats like.

Very Professional! Knowledgeable, Upon asking Concerned Questions.. Always Prompt When We get there, To Drop Off Our Dogs..Makes Me feel at Ease With leaving Them. We've been going there around10 Yrs.. I Would Recommend, They do a Wonderful Job! ;)

Had a really nice experience here. Seems to have a logical layout (i easily located MOST of what i was looking for) and when i asked around, the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I will return here but will check with Petco too as they have some items PetSmart does not, and vice versa (not a criticism, just an observation).

I like the ease of shopping here at the Fredericksburg PetSmart. The isles are labeled by brand. Which makes a quick shopping experience.
