This place is a joke. They call at 6am to reschedule and then don’t answer phone calls or allow for messages. They’ve rescheduled my mom 7 times in the last 4 months and it’s pretty much impossible to get a hold of anyone. I’m surprised this place is still in business.

I love the Doctors, they are great. But I have a really hard time having to bring a self addressed & STAMPED envelope to get my test results. And now I am told there is a $25 fee to have medical forms filled out. It’s 6 questions and a signature. No other practice I know charges for this kind of thing. And I will have to hound them to get it done in a timely fashion. As I say, I love the Doctors.

I've never had a problem with any of the staff, and have been going over 20 yrs. Since the covid19 it's been difficult getting anyone return my calls.

The doctors are pretty good here.nThe front desk people and nurses are as rude as can be.nThey have no business in customer service or dealing with people.

Called to see if they were accepting new patients, asked if they took my insurance. One of the RUDEST phone calls I have ever experienced. Literally RUDE.
