I love this place, the residents are help in every way they need, in the best of the Salvation Capacity. Many of them are there until they get located in their own place. Safe for children and seniors, no drugs or Alcohol.nThey serve great food 3x a day, to anyone with no discrimination.nGreat service! God bless them.

This place was pretty good. I only used to store. Its large, very organized by size, color, and article of clothing. The prices are a little pricey for a thrift shop tho. It goes to a great cause tho. I read that The Salvation Army gives a much higher percentage of its earnings to the people than Good Will does.

This place is great. The staff are polite and friendly here. You must pass a drug and alcohol screening to enter and if you have any children you must have the birth certificates of each child to be admitted.n40 beds maximum capacity. The new captains are some of the nicest people I've met since moving from Colorado to Virginia.nIf you need shelter in Winchester, this is your first choice. Three feedings every day of the year and good food too. I have gained 18 pounds since since I arrived in April 2017. I had lived in Colorado for 30 years before coming here to redirect my life.
