This is my 4th vehicle I have purchased from Autos Direct. I just bought a 2018 Ford Fusion. The seller I will ALWAYS deal with is Chris. He is the best at what he does. He is very honest, knowledgeable, and he really knows his customers taste. He is by far the best sales person I have encountered. I will be going back once they get a Chrysler 300 in! Atrocious service. I arrived at this location at 9 a.m. (keep in mind that they open at 8:30), and it was evident that half the employees had not arrived and they were simply not ready to begin assigning clients. As a matter of fact, it was not until 10 a.m. that more employees started to show up. I don’t know how this business is set to run, but I would think they would arrive at 8 a.m. to immediately begin helping clients. If you’re not ready by 8:30 maybe you should consider updating your opening hours. Clearly extremely disorganized and dishonest.nnI came in clearly looking for one car (2016 Mazda CX-5), but it seemed like the manager had no interest in actually helping us see this car and he claimed that another client that was present was there to look at the car as well (which is completely understandable). However, we heard them tell that client that the car was not available at this time, but for some reason they failed to communicate this to us and continued to show us online information while “the car was being cleaned and prepared to show us.” After an hour of waiting, they finally come to tell us that the car will not be available until next week because it is being serviced. This is something that they were aware of and simply failed to inform us. This Mazda must be a trick to be a way to get clients to come in, and I will absolutely not be returning to ever purchase a car from such a location. Do not waste your time here.
