Service has been a lot better lately!! They seem to be trying very hard to give customers quality service
The customer service was rude. They were cussing and fussing by the employees. They weren't fighting. I don't enjoy listening to that kind of talk. One customer ordered and then went out to wait. I ended up having to go out and get the person, because the employees were playing around rather than interested in actually helping the customer.
Always messing up orders. Chicken comes drenched in old grease. Employees like to talk trash to you when you tell them order is wrong, even when you have receipt and it's what you paid for!
I agree with all the other reviews sadly. This place used to be great. If they would slow down and look at what they are serving people maybe they would grow. I think we go back because it is convenient we think maybe this time I will catch fresh strips or chicken but no!
Every time I order a KFC famous bowl I always tell them NO CORN and it seems like they ignore me and do it anyways. They need to be more careful with orders or get new staff because this is getting old and its a shame because I love their famous bowls.
