Desire was WONDERFUL. Had a billing issue and she was patient and compassionate with my issue and got it resolved quickly!!!

Signed a contract for 4 lines and 4 new phones on a Thursday. 8 days later we were called to come into the store to pick up. The manager was not in, and the very helpful consultant John, had to break the news to us that 3 phones were shipped in, and we owned taxes for the 4th phone. I said no, that’s not the contract I signed. John tried so hard to work with us. He Called the manager but the manager wouldn’t budge. Then a female rep told us we would lease the 3 phones but not the 4th. Again NOT the contract I signed 8 days prior.nnThe $38 tax was not even the point....it was the principal that the manager would not hold up to the contract. And we were told that due to the merge between Sprint and T-Mobile....it was all a mess. -That I DO agree!nnAfter making 2 trips to the store, and losing time from work, and the contract being reneged....Sprint will NEVER be an option.nnOh the manager called 30 minutes after we left the store and left me a voice mail saying he understood we had some problems in the store.nnAgain....John who was a newer employee was super friendly and understanding.nnAlso, the female rep was very patient with other customers with concerns.nnI hope after the merge, this store improves.nnWe got 4 new AT&T phones today.

Yohance went above and beyond to make sure my problem was solved and provided us with great customer service! I'd recommend stopping by this store, they really make an effort to take care of your needs!
