I truly wish I could give a -10. This commonwealth attorney doesn't support the rights of abused females. My daughter was new to the school district and was bullied by a Male student and yes she defended herself but it happened not once but 3 times and everytime he left hand prints on my child I filed charges against him and pulled my daughter out of school permanently after the school not only failed to protect her but wanted to punish her for defending herself. I got 3 assault charges against the minor student and he in turn got an assault charge against my daughter we went to court and the prosecutors witnesses never showed up so it was postponed and so we went back today and again witnesses didn't show and so this man decided to drop all the charges on everyone involved as he said he FELT that it was a horseplay incident even though we had pics of the damage this boy caused and this boy has a history of bullying and 2 previous assaults, and one or more of the witness statements said that my daughter was hit first and asked the boy to please leave her alone. This man never even had the decency to speak with us he just told our attorney that he was dropping everything. This gives a clear message to the boy and to my daughter that it's ok for women to be abused and you're not only not allowed to defend yourself but if you're brave enough to stand up and press charges then the law enforcement and commonwealth of Buckingham county wont stand by you to get justice or help to protect you. I'm sick to my stomach and totally disgusted by this man and this court system. I dont understand how People like this can even look at themselves in the mirror let alone be allowed to be a so called public servant this man is no public servant he is allowing and thereby promoting violence against women. I find him and his decision to be vile, uncaring, and completely reprehensible he is a disgrace to his position. So ladies beware of seeking help from this man. I wish I had never bought a home in this godawful district. The only positive thing I have to say about this court is they have the greatest victims advocate ever, she was by our side through every step and is truly amazing and an asset to any victim and court.
