Very poor eye glass center.The guy that orders your glasses treated us as we were nothing more than low income of some sort.I asked to get a better pair of frames and was willing to pay out of pocket as the ones the insurance covers look like they are from a prison of some sort and not durable as this is his fourth pair overall. The worker puts a box of glasses in front of us and say pretty much nothing I had to ask were any of these more durableHe said no they are all the same.He never showed us a better pair of frames like we could not afford them or something.I was waiting on him to finish with another customer and heard him offer this client lighter lenses better frames mabe because she was wearing a nurse uniform is why she was offered not sure.This guy had no good customer service skills and did not listen to me as a client and just felt like he was judging us and rushing us out.He never offered eye protection shades as we left my son was blinded threw the parking lot and I had to help him to the car as he had just had his eyes dilated Never again!

Paige Paulas,O.D. did an amazing job removing a piece of metal from my eye!Very professional and treated me like family. I was so impressed that I've made her my new eye doctor. I would highly recommend this place!

I had an appointment this afternoon with Dr. Paulus in Appomattox! I am blown away by her professionalism and wonderful service! She showed me an example of what my eyes are supposed to see like and I almost got teared up with excitement!!! I've never seen that well in my many, many years of wearing glasses!nnThank you Dr. Paulus! Welcome to Virginia and thank you for the appointment!
