I have gone 2 times in the past 2 weeks and both times my order for my burgers have been wrong! I go through drive thru because of this whole pandemic mess so I don't find out until I get home and find I wasted money! Both times I have ordered 2 double cheeseburgers with no pickles or onions and ended up with something completely different that has onions on it that I can't eat! Such a shame because I use to enjoy this place!!

I didn't want to eat at this McDonald's because of what I heard from the residents in regards to the quality of food. I drove to visit a friend and go grocery shopping. Before going shopping I stopped to get some food as my friend wanted to try the new chicken sandwich. I decided to give it a shot and I'm the one who got shot. The chicken was PURE RUBBER!. So rubbery I could have played a game of horse with the chicken. I thought at first maybe it wasn't fully cooked and then found out I was served a process piece of gristle and connective tissue. the meat was grey and I'm blown away that this even went out the window. WORST experience of my lifenI Spent 16.84 just to not be able to eat the nasty food and go shopping too end up cooking at home! McNasty is what it is!

3 out of 4 times my order is wrong. Last week I was charged .75 because I asked for mayo instead of spicy sauce. Done!

I give the restaurant itself 5 stars. My food was hot, delicious, and it was all prepared correctly. The parking lot was clean and I didn't see any litter anywhere. Very presentable! I give the mobile app only 2 stars however, because it's buggy. Would not accept several coupons, stating it was not the correct time of day, even though these coupons are usable any time the store is open. This problem should be addressed!
