This place is a joke. They don’t answer the phone or email back. When I show up they run around turning lights on and off and act like I can’t see them through the window hiding. When you have to stand at the door them knowing I’m outside waiting call the phone they unhook it so it sets off a busy tone. I hope someone puts them in their place. So unprofessional!

I have been to this place three times and ALL three times the staff was uneducated in how to handle animal issues. From not knowing the county laws on burying euthanized animals on your property to not taking in a stray cat and suggesting we just release it somewhere. It seems to be run by kids who either try to close early or would stand in the entrance doorway and talk to you in a passive effort to discourage you from coming in. And they want donations??? Smh
