Nice friendly people. Plenty of snacks and drinks to choose from. Also a full deli. Had the corn dogs. They are good. They make home made cole slaw, potato salad and macaroni salad. Very good. Owner actually works there and is a friendly and welcoming guy.

On my way to Fort Lee I stopped in Appomattox for a late lunch. Not knowing the town well, I asked a local, then found this place.nnProbably the best cheeseburger I have had in years, with delicious coleslaw & perfect sweet tea. Under $10.00, and the cook let me sample their chili & their macaroni salad. Outstanding all around, and super friendly, polite staff.nnBarring accidents & the crick gettin' up, I will eat there again.
This place is not the same. It's so Rude. That you can not take food back, That was not properly made. With out the owner catching an attitude. If Im paying for something I want it the way I expect it to be. Not the way u thank sorry. But I'm sorry u want be getting money from me anymore. I have never been to a place where u can't return something that's not right. so customer beware!!!!!
I do love their chuck wagons and hamburgers and French fries.
