Update from a previous negative review: After speaking with several folks at Amica about a lapsed life insurance policy that they wouldn't allow me to have reinstated, and they wouldn't reinsure me without a delayed timeframe, I wrote a negative review. I was called very shortly after my post (same day) by a customer service supervisor, who apologized for lack of communication during covid. They were ultimately able to reinstate my policy. Although it took several phone calls and a poor review in the process, they did mend my customer relationship with them.

please beware waist of time.nI received a congratulation letter only 1 in 25 mass drivers qualify for receiving this very special offer saving of $596.00. of course I called they requested all my information including birthday address, driver license. requested the price I am charged by my insurance company. 10-15 minutes later she comes back with a price 4 times more than my insurance, even thou they said they are much cheapernI was chocked when I questioned they unethical business she had no answer. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME. IT IS BATE AND SWITCH

I had an excellent experience with a recent home insurance claim. My contractor who works with a lot of insurance companies said Amica had been great to work with.

I like Amica insurance. The people have been very helpful every time I buy insurance, but their computer billing systems leave something to be desired. I wound up paying $26 that I didn't owe just to get the computer to stop billing me for a charge every customer service rep said I didn't owe but nobody was able to get it to stop. Other than that, they've been awesome.

Amica has been on top of things ever since I got into an accident. The assistance I received was excellent and all the process of total my car and able to move on was a success. Communication was the key as you know it is not easy to get into an accident and the communication is poor. Everything was done in a timely manner than any other insurance I have used.
