Recently went for the first time to have a watch serviced. Excellent experience. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for anyone looking to have a mechanical watch brought back up to speed. Reasonably priced and a friendly and helpful staff.

They have a nice selection of men’s and women’s jewelry and watches. They are very knowledgeable about everything they sell, competitive prices, and tremendous customer service.n** If you have a nice watch (Movado, Rolex) that needs work, or even a tune up, this is the only place to go. There is no one better in the entire Worcester County for watch care.nI’ve been coming here for close to 30 years for all my jewelry repair including fixing a ring I had to have cut off and was restored perfectly, you’d never know it was ever damaged.nMost highly recommended!!

After not hearing for 5 weeks, I decided to pay a second vist. It seemed they had forgotten about my watch, because it was placed in a random spot they had to search for. I was told to check back in a week. A week later I went back and was told they couldn't fix it. Disappointing at best. When the man working there realized I was upset, he finally took the time to explain what was wrong with the watch and why he couldn't repair it.

I brought an old watch that had not worked for years. They rebuilt it ! Thank you so much for fixing that watch . It was not an expensive watch but was a gift from my Husband over 25 years ago. It's nice to be wearing it once again.
