If you need a public insurance adjuster who is extremely knowledgeable, professional, prompt, reliable, honest, and personable then you should hire Lee Silverstein. I was dealing with a difficult adjuster for my insurance company and a sketchy contractor and Lee really helped me to navigate through the chaos and disruption in a very effective and supportive manner. In addition, he discovered that I was entitled to significantly more in insurance proceeds due to an obscure clause in my contract which I never knew existed. And the insurance company was not about to tell me about it either.nLee is available throughout the claim process from start to finish and is always responsive to calls and requests. I greatly appreciated his promptness, kindness, and integrity and would highly recommend him to my closest friends and family.

A truck hit the side of my building. Lee was easy to reach, came out quickly, and was very professional. The knowledge he brought to this type of accident, proved to be such a big help in getting a large settlement for the accident. If I hadn't engaged Lee, we would have lost out in significant money. We highly recommend Lee Silverstein. We had an issue with septic back up due to a failure of the septic ejector pump which caused a lot of damage in our finished basement. Lee got us at least double, if not more than, the money the insurance company would have given us without him. He is knowledgeable and professional and communicated with us throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!
