Olsi Auto made a good story out of what could have been a nightmare. I drove to Worcester from NY to pick up my daughter, and as soon as I pulled off the highway, my car started smoking and screeching and it stalled. My daughter called Olsi and within minutes they called me. They arranged for a tow truck, and sent someone down to make sure I was ok and not too stressed. When the tow truck couldn't give me a lift to the mechanic, they did. And then they repaired my clutch. They did a good job with the clutch, but the service they provided went above and beyond. Thank you, Olsi Auto, for making a bad situation bearable!!
This is the best service i ever received. My car caught on fire . A friend refer me to them. First they were quick to come tow my car n fixed it with 4 days. I got the chance to meet Orlando there he really did an amazing job. I will highly recommended them to anyone. From body work electrical problems any problems with your car they got you covered. Very professional. Orlando thank you so much. Orlando very friendly great attitude and customer service. After they fix my car they even clean it completely . Love it

I gotta give it to them!!! Very understanding when their might be an issue!! You tell them and it gets taking care of no problem. Mechanics are very good and quick. Orlando is the man , customer service skills impeccable, I couldn't ask for anything more when it comes to quality used cars & the service. I would definitely recommend Olsi's.
Not once but twice they helped me with bad codes. They are the best! Both of my cars are older 14 & 20 years old. A beetle and Lexus hybrid, they handle foreign and domestic... Def recommend!
