After a phone call to lower my insurance on a vehicle I do not use in the winter... something I do EVERY year and I have done since I’ve had this insurance company. Same routine every single year, It was always just a phone call with very polite and kind people and never was an issue and always done by the end of the call and never another step. Always pleasant. UNTIL now. This time I called to once again do it. The very rude woman asked how to help. I explained, like I always do, I would like to lower my insurance. Well... instead of offering different options, or instead of asking what I would want to do (I had all my info on hand from the last time so i knew exactly what to change) or instead of even taking time talking about any options at all.. She stated... “well I don’t know what you want me to do so I don’t know how you want me to help you! Fax me a letter and then I will look at it”. She didnt say it once, she kept saying it. Not even in a nice way. Fax you a letter? Ive never once even had to do that and I have 3 active vehicles insured through here. I used to have 4 all insured through them at one time. I WILL be faxing over my letter, but its NOT going to be to lower or change anything it will be from the new insurance company taking over my business! After about 5-6 years of paying for their service and being happy with this company, this woman made me take my business elsewhere! I get its covid life, but its no excuse to not be willing to do your job and take five minutes to help or forward to someone who can do it for you! Not Professional! Its not the extra step to fax it that pushed me to leave, the way that woman treated me pushed me to leave! She didnt even want to let me explain she just kept interrupting and saying write it down in a letter and fax it, repeating it over and over.

Kudos to Anne Carlson of Rogers and Grey Ins. for a great job done, under such trying times. working from home and every time I needed help she was there for me. A new vehicle, prices a claim for a new roof, great job Anne. Thank you...Steve
