I just purchased my second vehicle and have nothing but professional, courteous and friendly interactions throughout the building. my testimonial is this; there are 8 Ford dealers between my home and Wareham and I have never considered them as an option. Now if I could get my timing better, like in the summer, the drive would be extended to the cape! Thanks to you all.nn-RS

I recently purchased a car here and had my old car serviced to pass on to my daughter. Paul in sales was very helpful and took the time to show me all the new buttons and features in my vehicle. I have never made a decision to purchase a vehicle so quickly. I have done business here for years and am never disappointed. Brian, Carl and Jeff, in the service department, are always great to deal with. I finally have a red car after 40 years and heated seats!!

So I’ve been faithfully getting my 2017 Ford Escape serviced at Wareham Ford since I bought it a little over a year ago. Always got my oil changes done on time and I always did the works oil change which is supposed to include a multi point inspection. Yea well either the techs don’t care about their customers or they’re terrible at their job because when I brought it to a different Ford dealership closer to my work, they’re telling me it’s been leaking oil for a very long time now and now it’s going to need the turbo replaced!!! Very unhappy that Wareham Ford never once mentioned the cars been leaking oil and now I’m gonna have to shell out thousands of dollars to fix this car. I will NEVER bring my car in for service there ever again.

(2016-Great service experience since buying our F-150 nearly a year ago.)n2020 update - this review is based on a recent service experience. Most service at Wareham Ford in the past has been routine maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, etc.). Two other earlier service incidents involving the throttle body replacement (twice!!!!!) occurred in Virginia and New Hampshire, respectively. All three incidents, including Wareham Ford's recent replacement of the starter, were expensive; my real complaint about dealership service! Ford parts and service rates (as are Chevy and Dodge in my experience) are significantly higher than those charged by a 'local' service shop. Service quality at Wareham Ford has been consistently good (a few minor glitches and oversights) and that's why we come back. Good folks, fairly expeditious, but pricey. Still, a good choice among dealerships.
