Excellence in every category. I must comment Jim, my service counselor. When closing me out, he mentioned that there was a slight leak in a seal and that he would call me next week to schedule service. I said, “Will I be okay driving it?” He put my mind totally at ease by replying: “ Yes. I wouldn’t let you drive it off if it were not safe.”nnThis is what I call professional. I can’t put a value on Jim’s service to me. I am so happy you folk’s key fob was part of the sale when I purchased my first GMC vehicle at the Cape Cod dealership. When it went out of business, the key fob led me to you.

Entire team was incredibly responsive and customer focused. Josh in sales was detail oriented and ensured I received everything I wanted. Samantha in financing was very knowledgeable and understanding. In this crazy time of pandemic, Robertson's has gone above and beyond. Their informative emails are welcomed. Any time that my truck requires service or a recall I get an immediate notice, and an option to schedule a service appointment on-line or by phone. The staff goes out of their way to accommodate your schedule and make everything easy. They picked up my truck in the morning for an oil change, recall repair and inspection sticker and returned it a few hours later. Easy and super convenient! I highly recommend Robertson's GMC!

Robinson GMC had the truck I was looking for. It's hard to find a 2019 truck with a manual transmission but they had it. The interaction with the salesperson was great he was really trying to help. Dave the finance person was really honest and fair. He gave me a clear understanding of my options for the purchase of the truck. That was one of the primary reasons why I purchased the truck.
