I had the best service at Chatham Jewelers!! I went to them to have a custom ring made with a diamond I was given by my father. Stephanie and Emily helped bring my design ideas for the ring to life. Excellent service from Scott and Kevin as well. I couldn't be happier with the ring. It is elegant, classy, and timeless! So beautiful. Will definitely go to Chatham Jewelers again.

My husband’s grandmother used be a customer of Chatham Jewelers and spoke highly of them which gave us lots of confidence going in there for the first time. We had some very specific adjustments that we wanted to make to my diamond necklace. Scott was terrific and helped us with exactly what we needed, with great attention to detail. He really went above and beyond to meet our expectations. They also changed out my Cartier watch battery in a very timely manner. Would definitely go back and highly recommend Chatham Jewelers.

9/24/2020 I visited Chatham Jewelers this a.m. for two battery replacements on a couple of inexpensive watches. I received a nice greeting coming in the door, was given a very fair estimate for the battery replacement, and was able to pick up the watches less than an hour later. In this Covid-19 environment, it doesn't get much better than that! I will absolutely go back if I have another jewelry need.

Chatham Jewelers is a wonderful store! My husband and I got our wedding rings there and my husband also had my custom engagement ring done by them. They do beautiful work, always have things completed in a timely manner and are very communicative throughout the entire process. Everyone working there is always extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable! I would highly recommend them and will be going back to them for any future jewelry needs!

Chatham Jewlers is one of the best Jewelers in the area. I highly recommend them. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Kevin is fantastic.
