I will not advise progressive insurance when they raise your rates for no reason and you can get it cheaper for literally dropping them and joining them again same day, same person over the phone or online. It made no sense.

The people above are confusing this company with Progressive Auto Insurance. Progressive Concepts Insurance provides assistance with Health, Medicare plans, Life, Dental, Vision, Legal Service plans, Travel Medical, Short Term Medical, Long Term Care and Annuities.

I have been a policy holder of auto insurance continuous since i was 17 yrs old. I am now 38. I started with progressive only 6 months ago and thought id try snapshot thinking my above average safe driving skills would lower my insurance but contrary to what youd think it was doubled from what I have been paying for 6 months, skyrocketing up to nearly 350$ a month.Before my renewalI chose to cancel only to have my account overdrafted which put my rent behind, my car payment behind and has made me look irresponsible when in fact i am not. Now progressive after an hour long phone call will only refund what they took out of my account but refuse to pay my overdraft fees for an unauthorized withdrawl from my bank account. Theyve no remorse for there actions theyre unwilling to help which is what insurance companies have been put in place to do. They will never receive any of my business nor business of any of my relatives in this lifetime and Ive made certain of that. My Aunt and uncle have assured me they wont be renewing there policies with this company along with my sister. Because you refuse to be honest, you refuse to help. You are an agressively money driven company with your main goal being to rip off families and take there hard earned money. Youd probably happily take from there flesh if they werent able to pay. Evil Agressive Posessive Insurance thats what you should be called.

I GIVE ONE STAR BECAUSE THEY DON'T GIVE THE OPTION FOR ANY MINUS STARS BECAUSE IF I HAD THAT OPTION THEN MY RESPONSE WOULD BE 5 MINUS STARS VERY VERY UPSET WITH PROGRESSIVE THEY ARE NOT PROGESSING ANYWHERE BUT DOWN
