Dr. Baxter is the single best doctor I have ever had. Every single appointment I have, or every form of consultation is met with the utmost concern and compassion. He always allows me to speak in terms of being proactive about my care. If you are currently looking for a primary care physician. Look no further than his office. That is if you are able to make it into his practice. Thank you Dr. Baxter.

Doctor Baxter is a gentleman and a scholar! His professionalism and personable approach to every visit is always five stars across the board. He has been my primary for over five years now, and has always managed my health issues with thoroughness and compassion, along with a great sense of humor. The staff at this Rockwood Clinic is exceedingly kind and respectful to every customer! I always feel well cared for at the Spokane Valley Rockwood Clinic, Dr. Baxter treats his patients like family!
