Hands down the best experience I’ve had while seeking treatment at an “ER”. Everyone that worked on me was kind, informative, and listened.nnI appreciated the game plan being explained to me with clear expectation of how long the visit was expected to take and why they wanted to run the tests they selected. Unlike a lot of consults, I felt involved in the process and like I had a choice in some of the things.nnNot to mention, the pricing is clear and fair, especially when compared to going to a standard large company hospital.nnMoving forward I’ll definitely look to coming here first for any unexpected medical needs that they can treat!

Great place to visit on the less happy days. Fairly knowledgeable, kind providers who listen. The reason for taking couple stars off was that I wasn’t offered the protective apron for x-ray even though I explicitly asked for it and it was sitting next to me unused. Anyways, a recommended urgent care room, but keep your eye on things and make sure your requests are fulfilled.

Everyone here was a huge help to me during my time of care; I cut my finger using a chef knife and decided it was something that needed a little extra care. I really appreciate how late this place stays open as it was one of the only Zoom Care in the immediate area that was still open (around 10:00pm). The staff was also incredibly kind, helpful, considerate, and communicative to me while I received care from them. I felt very comfortable with everyone and was in and out in around 30-40 minutes. Thank you Doctor Mock and to all the nurses who helped me tonight :)

THE BEST E.R. EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! (unfortunately I've had quite a few)nnFast, clean, professional, informative, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I had never been there before but was able to walk in, get stitches, and be back home in less than an hour! (I likely wouldn't get through triage at a traditional Hospital in that time). Great experience from start to finish.nnI highly recommend Zoom+Care Super in Bellevue!

Zoom care has been a blessing, every person is so sweet and caring and they really listen. I’ve never had such constantly amazing experiences like I do at zoom care. Every single person who took care of me today was an amazing person.
