A nice alternative to walking the streets of the town when you are in a mood for a quick nature getaway. It nicely connects uptown and downtown.
Visited Hood River at Thanksgiving, and stayed a couple nights. First time in HR not just passing through so out exploring. Stopped here to do some geocaching. Nuce trails! Popular spot for dog walkers. Parking would not be advisable during school hours.
Very pleasant and we'll maintained local trail.
