Dr Jeff and Heather are a great team. I first started working with them a couple of years ago to treat recurring hives - at that time I knew NOTHING about gut health and our immune systems. They led me through a thorough, educational process that supported some life style changes that have yielded me numerous health benefits (not to mention no more hives). Dr Horacek is an amazing resource. He has helped me with my struggles with autoimmune disease. I highly recommend him to friends and have heard positive comments back. He spends ample time with you and behind the scenes as well to help get to the underlying root causes, not just the symptoms.

I was diagnosed with an Autoimmune problem last December , and before I chose my doctor for treatment, I did a lot of research. I decided I wanted to go with a Functional Medicine doctor who would get to the root of the problem instead of treating the symptoms only. Fortunately, I found exactly what I was looking for with Dr. Horcek, he is an MD also certified in Functional medicine. I have been extremely happy with my results and highly recommend him and his team at Healthy Connections.
