Great for all your needs. Including a Taco Time.
Our service was slow and sloppy all I can say -2 stars
If it were possible to not give this place any stars, that is exactly what I would do. My mom, husband and I stopped in over the weekend to fill up our tanks before our long haul back home. My husband, who was driving in a separate vehicle from my mom and I, was treated with such rude behavior from the female service attendant there that we will NEVER be back to this particular service station. After numerous unnecessary comments toward him, and after he had asked another (male) attendant for directions, the first (female) attendant asked the second if my husband had asked him for directions to which he replied that he had. She then told the second attendant that she hoped he gave my husband bad directions. The second attendant replied, “Why would I do that”? (At least this second attendant had some decency). This conversation was taking place not only within earshot of my husband but other customers as well. NOT acceptable!nOn top of this, no one came to help my mom and I fill up our vehicle. I guess she was too busy nagging on my husband to help her other customers out.nnPerhaps this woman was just having a bad day but that is no excuse for treating your customers poorly and making comments toward them that are better kept to yourself. My husband works in customer service and is more aware than most of his own interactions with others. He also recognizes when we are being provided with good, quality service and is the first to step forward and say something to management to make sure that service gets the recognition it deserves. Unfortunately, our experience over the weekend was not one of those times and I am not able to give Cross Street Station any positive recognition today.
The employees are very nice. It lacks a cleanliness and the bathroom has had an out of order stall for a very long time. All in all, there are many other places to do business.
Good atmosphere! Good selection snacks drinks and Taco Time inside.
