Needed to get checked out for breathing issue at ER. I was very pleased with the care. The on-duty personnel were professional and provided excellent care.

Inept, rude staff unwilling to help anyone unable to walk themselves. The health care is bare minimum at best, and hopefully a class action lawsuit will come up soon, and run this garbage corporation out of central Oregon.

Rude, inattentive, patronizing staff. Drove myself to the ER after a week of chest pain, told staff I have trauma around my mother passing of a heart attack 2 years ago in a hospital. Ignored, left alone for 45 minutes without a peep, eventually I figured I'll just wait till the week so I can drive to another town and hopefully not be treated with such coldness. Good place to go die tho I'm sure.

MY EXPERIENCE WAS WITH MY FATHER A YEAR AGO. OTHER THAN DR GOOD, THE STAFF WAS PURE PRINEVILLE. DOING YOU A BIG FAVOR TO EVEN TALK TO YOU. TYPICAL P-VILLE CAVE MEN/WOMEN...OMG!
