Mosaic Medical - Prineville Clinic

PA Linda Hatch is excellent. Im so. Thankful I was impatient and booked my appointment w/mosaic to establish a dr. After being new to the area. I have received excellent referrals to other specialists (orthopedic, bariatric, as well as cancer specialists). Make your appointment you wont regret your choice. I know i dont.

Worst doctors office ever!!!! Very unprofessional, my doctor always messes up prescribing my medication and the people who work front desk are rude as all hell. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else.

I’ve used Mosaic Medical since I was a young teenager and am now a young adult, primarily I was in madras but just recently switched to Prineville. I’m not established with a PP, so I’ve been seeing different providers each visit. Today I checked in around 3:20, waited only 5 minutes in the waiting room and got called back. I spent a couple of minutes with my nurse and was told my provider would be in shortly after. I waited over 40 minutes, had the automated lights turn off on me twice, and listened as my provider had a casual conversation with someone the ENTIRE time I sat next door. It wasn’t until I stepped out of the room and my nurse saw me that she informed the provider I was ready for her, although I had been ready for her the 40 minutes I spent in the room. She came out of the other room and finally attended to me for about 10 minutes, literally an in and out visit. I have had such terrible experiences with Mosaic Medical in the last year whether it’s scheduling an appointment, waiting over 20 minutes to speak with someone, delays in paperwork transfers, even having them put incorrect information on my sons file resulting in them calling my sons father instead of me. I have never felt as disappointed in this establishment since I’ve been going there. The kids clinic definitely wasn’t any better. I’ll definitely be looking for a new office to go. One star for the cleanliness and the woman at the front desk since I’m required to give a star at all.

Edit:nI have not been back, a year later they are still making appointments for me, I receive random calls for appointment reminders, when I check on who is scheduling, It is Mosaic, I have called numerous times to stop this from happening and they still bug me, they even mail appointment and test reminders via usps.nnThis place is a joke, the practitioner that I saw lied on my medical records, she put things down that I never even talked to her about.nthey make appointments for a bunch of tests to be done without your permission without you even being involved. I was told by an office supervisor that they communicate with a medical team to determine what test you need and then they schedule them from there however you're not involved isn't that breaking HIPAA laws?nI paid cash in the office, they gave me a discount for paying cash and then they billed me for that discount.

I switched my son’s PCP from a provider at High Lakes to Mosaic after moving to Prineville. He recently had his well child check and I have to give big kudos to the medical assistant who did his immunizations! There are many ways to give immunizations to children and she did such a wonderful job. Quick, accurate, and smoothing when she was finished. I think it’s wonderful they offer free books to families of children and their discount program keeps my mind at ease after my husband had unexpected major surgery. It’s comforting knowing I am able to message my son’s provider via their patient portal, MyChart, as well when I’m busy at work but need to ask a question about his vitamins or even request medication for him.
