Sora Sushi - Prineville

I just left a minute ago for the second time in a week. I always get amazing service, my food is always ready well before hand and always tastes amazing. Very friendly and customer driven, it really shows. Having help open sushi restaurants before I am thoroughly impressed and they will always have my business. Thank you very much!

Comfortable dining experience. You can feel like you're in Japan. I prefer to sit at the sushi bar when it's possible. I'm a raw fish lover and I haven't had this level of high quality fish in years. Their cooked and raw fish rolls are amazing, too!! Can't wait to try their soups, katsu and tempura!
